Exchange

1.  Window (size & product)

    • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
    • Items must be:
      • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
      • Returned with original tags & packaging intact
    • Please upload clear images of the product and tags while raising the request
    • All requests go through a quality check before approval

2.  Size exchange

    • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size
    • Exchange option is available only 2 times per order

 If size is unavailable:

    • Prepaid Orders: Only the product value will be issued as store credit
    • COD Orders: Only the product value will be issued as store credit
    • Shipping & COD charges are not included

Partial Exchange: You may exchange selected items from a multi-product order

3.  Exchange for a different product

    • You can choose a different product instead of size exchange within 7 days
    • Subject to availability  

Pricing Adjustments:

    • Higher value item → Pay the difference
    • Lower value item → Balance issued as store credit

Returns

    • We do not offer monetary refunds (no bank/UPI/card refunds)
    • All approved returns are issued as store credit only
    • Store credit valid for 1 year from date of issue
    • Can be used on any future purchase
    • Request within 7 days of delivery
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
    • Upload product & tag images for verification
    • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

1.  Pickup & Shipping Process

    • Reverse pickup is available in most locations
    • If reverse pickup is available: A ₹99 return/exchange handling fee applies (covers pickup, inspection & processing)
    • If reverse pickup is NOT available

o   You may self-ship the product

o   Courier cost will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof

o   Handling fee of ₹99 still applies

 

2.  Partial Returns

    • Allowed for orders with multiple items
    • Handling fee is charged once per order

Damaged or incorrect product

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear images of product & packaging
    • After verification, we will offer replacement or store credit, based on your preference

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Final sale items
    • Orders placed under BOGO or similar offers (no partial return/exchange allowed)
