Return and refund policy

We want you to love your Boholyfe purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process under the following terms:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Requests must be submitted through our official return/exchange request form or customer support.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Self-Ship (Preferred):

   • Customers are required to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse once the request is approved.

   • The return/exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

   • Please use a reliable courier service and retain the tracking details until we confirm receipt.

2. Boholyfe Pickup Service:

• • If self-shipping is not possible, we can arrange a pickup from your address.

  • A return fee of ₹150 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund or adjusted against your exchange order.

Refunds

• Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, after deducting shipping/return charges (if applicable).

• COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit equal to the product value (excluding COD/shipping charges).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested size or style is unavailable, the order will be treated as a return, and refund/store credit will be issued as per the above policy.

• A ₹150 exchange handling fee applies for pickups arranged by Boholyfe

Important Notes

• Products purchased during sale or clearance events may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

• Any returned product failing to meet the quality check (used, washed, missing tags) will be sent back to the customer, and no refund/exchange will be issued.

• Partial returns are allowed for multi-item orders. Refunds/exchanges will be processed only for the returned product(s).
