    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in its original packaging.
    • Any product that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be processed, as per bank norms.

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
